I bought this Dr Jart+ mask way back in April and it has been sitting in my bathroom ever since. It was one of the masks I was super excited to try but it kept being pushed back in my list of masks but I finally tried it out and I loved it!
I had wanted to try a Dr Jart mask for months and months and when I was placing a Sephora mask order at the start of the year I finally got one. I wanted to buy all of them, but I didn’t want my order to be too big. I chose the Vital Hydra Solution mask because it sounded like it would help my skin out the most. I was super surprised at the price of them. They’re only $7 AUD on the Sephora Australia website which is quite a good price for a sheet mask.
Dr.Jart skincare use science to bring innovative technology to the beauty and skincare world. The goal of the Korean brand is to address severe skin issues with effective solutions. The brand started back in 2006 and continues to launch products that target dryness, sensitive and acne-prone skin, pore issues and ageing.
Which skin type is it good for?
I really loved this mask. It fit my face really well, and didn’t slip off. I also didn’t have to keep smoothing it down after I put it on. It really hydrated my skin and made it feel clear and bright. The packet had a lot of the serum in it which was really nice. It also wasn’t a super sticky serum so after I took the mask off my skin didn’t feel uncomfortable and sticky.
I will probably repurchase this mask in the future. It really was just a nice, hydrating mask.
I have 4 other Dr Jart masks to try so expect a few more posts about this brand. They’re different types to this mask so I’m hoping they’re just as good as this one and not just being sold for the hype around their weird packaging.
Let me know if you’ve tried anything from this brand and what you liked and didn’t!
