HOW I’M STAYING ORGANISED IN 2018

In May this year I discovered bullet journalling. I’ve always been a huge stationery and notebook lover, so the bullet journal system really appealed to me. After watching all of Amanda Rach Lee’s Bullet Journalling videos I decided to start one! At first it was super confusing because there were so many different symbols to keep track of, but the best thing about a bullet journal is that if something isn’t working for you, you just change it! You can create something so personalised to you and your life that pre-made journals can’t do. I’ve loved having a journal and I wanted to share some of my pages from my two 2018 journals (I have a personal one and one for blogging).
For my person journal I use the Leuchtturm 1917 A5 Dotted Journal (which is a favourite in the bullet journalling community) and for my blogging journal I use the Otto A5 Bullet Journal (which I have covered in marble contact).
The first pages I wanted to share from my personal journal are my 2018 calendar overview. This page isn’t necessary, but I like having this at the start. Next are my Mood Tracker and Moon and Period Tracker pages. I wanted these trackers to be side by side so I can see if they all work together. Some people do monthly mood trackers, but I like the idea of having a yearly one.

Next are a few fun pages, places in Tasmania that I want to visit and a super helpful page, my makeup Shades! I’ve lived in Tasmania for a few years now, but there are still so many places I want to visit!
My makeup shades page is one that I find really helpful. I have a lot of makeup so remember what shade I am in certain brands is something I’ve never been able to remember so I really love this page. I am also really proud of the little Fenty Beauty watercolour I did!

I recently got myself a penpal so I wanted to make myself a page where I could write down ideas of things I can send her (I will probably do a whole blog post on gifts to send penpals). I also wanted to keep track of a lot of my purchases this year. I made up trackers for stationery purchases (above) and makeup purchases (not pictured, but its the same at the stationery one but two pages because I know I’ll need more that one page). Those are probably the two things I spend the most money on so I wanted to keep track of all those purchases.

I won’t show much of my blogging journal because it’s fairly basic but I do love my social tracker page. I want to make sure I post frequently in 2018 and make sure that I comment on other blogger’s posts! I also want to start doing favourites posts again so I have a page to write down all my favourites!
The stickers and cutouts I’ve been using throughout my journals are by an artist I love on instagram, Cheyenne Barton. She sells stickers and prints on Etsy and has a Patreon where she has monthly downloads.

I will be sharing my monthly spreads here on my blog at the start of each month. This is something I’ve really been loving for a while now, so I’m really excited to start sharing this with you all.
This is my last post for the year, so I just wanted to thank you all for reading my blog this year. I’m really proud of how my blog has grown over the last year and I’m super excited to continue blogging in 2018.

If you would like to see more of my bullet journal, follow my bujo Instagram account.

See you all in the new year!

Absolutely love this, I could do with copying your social tracker, always trying to keep on track of it but never do!- https://sophiehearts.net x

Ahhh this is absolutely gorgeous! I loove your style and layouts! This makes me want to start another bullet journal for the year, a dotted notebook is the best to use for it I guess!
