I recently bought myself a new blender so I’ve been having a bunch of different smoothies over the last few months! I have so many that I want to share, but I thought I’d start off with just 3 of my favourites!

I don’t drink a lot of coffee, mainly because I have trouble sleeping without adding that in, but every now and then I enjoy an iced coffee so I thought trying a coffee smoothie would be fun!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ a cup of brewed coffee (chilled – If you want to add sugar, add it to the coffee when hot)
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon

Put everything in your blender and blend!

I love a good mixed berry smoothie so I had to add this one in!

  • ½ a cup of rolled oats
  • ½ a cup of mixed berries (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry ect)
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax seed (if you want to read more about the benefits of flax seed in smoothies, you can read about it here on
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • ½ a cup of greek yoghurt

Put it all in your blender and blend it up! You can sprinkle some rolled oats on top if you feel like it!

I thought I’d try something different for the last one and add in some veg! I really loved this one, the pineapple and coconut milk give it a real tropical taste!

  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 orange
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup of pineapple
  • ½ a cup of greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

And once again, put it all in your blender and blend it up!

So those are my three favourite smoothies at the moment! I have been trying so many different flavour combinations so expect a few more of these posts! I think next will be smoothie bowls! If you try any of these please let me know what you liked!

Beautiful looking smoothies! I don’t think I have ever had the combination of coffee and fruit before but I imagine that coffee, banana and the spices work really well together. #foodiefriday
