I have really been enjoying cooking and trying new foods lately, so I thought that every now and then I could share what I ate that day! This post was actually supposed to go up last week, but I never got around to posting it, so this is a week late, but better late than never!
I finally bought myself a new blender a couple of weeks ago so I’ve been having a lot of smoothies! This one is mango, banana and strawberry with and almond and coconut milk blend and it was absolutely delicious! I really struggle to eat breakfast most days, so having smoothies has been really nice. They’re super refreshing and give me that little boost I need to get started in the morning! I haven been mixing up so many different flavours, so in a few weeks I’ll write a post of my favourites!
I also usually never eat lunch. I don’t know why, I’ve just never really been someone to make lunch but that is all changing now! I’ve been having these wraps for lunch every couple of days over the last few weeks and I’m really enjoying them! On this day I had, tuna, avocado, cheese and lettuce and loved it! The other day I had this but added carrot and it was so much better so I will be adding carrot from now on! The flat bread I use for these wraps are really what make it perfect! It’s this one here. It’s so delicious!
While my sister was visiting at the start of the year she taught me how to make honey chicken! This is my favourite dinner dish so I may even make a blog post with the recipe soon! I have it with asian greens and rice! I have actually only just learnt how to cook rice properly (which is crazy because I have always loved rice) so I have this dish quite regularly now!
