I am always changing up my makeup routine and trying new things so I thought that every now and then I could update you on what my current favourite things are! I thought to start it off I’d share my four favourite things from the drugstore!
NYX DEWY FINISH SETTING SPRAY – $14.95
I have been using this for a couple of months now and have been using it along side the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray and I much prefer the NYX one. I don’t think the UD spray does anything special to my makeup, but the NYX one does. I just feel like it doesn’t dry me out and it makes my makeup sit nicely on my face all day. I’ve finished one bottle so far so I recently had to repurchase and would do again and again!
RIMMEL OH MY GLOSS – $10.00
I’ve recently started loving lip gloss after buying a NYX butter gloss set! I didn’t want to go out and buy a gloss in every colour so I thought the best thing to do would be to buy a clear gloss that I can put on top of any lipstick. I’ve not tried any other clear gloss, so I can’t compare it to anything, but I really love this one!
REVLON PHOTOREADY EYE ART – $21.95
I bought this a while ago while they were half price (because to be honest, they’re quite expensive) and it is really fun! One side is a cream shadow and the other is a glitter liner. You can do so much with these things so if you’re into trying fun makeup looks and trying new things, I would definitely recommend these!
L.A. GIRL PRO COVERAGE FOUNDATION – $14.95
My favourite local makeup store has recently started stocking the full range of L.A. Girl so I was finally able to walk into a store and buy my proper foundation shade. For years I’ve had to wear the wrong shade (and try to make it work) because the darkest drug store shade is always too light (I couldn’t buy high-end foundation because there is nowhere near me that sells them. I’d have to guess my shade and buy online and I’m not spending $80 on foundation that might not be my shade.). If feels amazing to finally have my perfect foundation shade so readily available to me and have it be really well price! It also works really well with my dry skin so that’s a huge bonus!

I’m usually a lipstick than lipgloss as they can get so sticky and messy but I love the look of this Rimmel Oh My Gloss, I do want a clear lipgloss that can go with anything and I love the packaging x
