I have been using the Formula 10.0.6 So Totally Clean Deep Pore Cleanser (RRP: $8.99) for years! It has been a favourite of mine since high school and has helped me keep my skin under control ever since. Recently I decided to try out some more Formula 10.0.6 products.
ONE SMOOTH OPERATOR Pore Clearing Face Scrub (RRP: $8.99)
This scrub has been incredible. I’ve tried other pore scrubs, but they didn’t really do much. My skin feels so fresh and clean after using it. It makes my skin so soft, I’m sure my husband is sick of me saying “Feel my face!” every time I use it. The one thing that annoys me about it is that is comes out really fast so I always end up using too much. But that’s not really their fault, it’s mine for squeezing it too hard.
DOWN TO THE PORE Blackhead Banishing Pore Strips (RRP: $5.99)
Usually I use the Bioré pore strips, but since the Formula 10.0.6 strips are $1.30 less I had been thinking about trying them for a while. At the start of the month I bought a box of the Bioré strips and I don’t know if I got a bad box or what, but they just would not stick to my face. I used 3 in one night trying to get just one of them to stay on my face but none of them would. The Down to the Pore strips are the exact opposite. They work so well. I will never buy any other brand now.
ABSOLUTE DREAM CLEAN Creamy Foaming Cleanser (RRP: $9.99)
Lately my skin has changed a bit because I’ve started wearing makeup more often and I’ve been breaking out more than usual, so I decided to give this cleanser a try. This cleanser is literally amazing. I use long lasting matte lipsticks (Lime Crime Velvetines, Jeffree Star Liquid Lipsticks, Australis Velourlips ect) that are hard to remove, but this cleanser wipes them off so easily. I need something like this because I have nerve damage in my lip from having my wisdom teeth removed and just touching my lip hurts. So using makeup wipes to try and remove something like those lipsticks is just not an option anymore. It has definitely cleared my skin and is helping keep my breakouts under control.
PORES BE GONE Skin Clarifying Mud Mask (RRP: $8.99)
One of the things I love about Formula 10.0.6 is that they sell 10ml testers of their face masks for $2 (1|2|3). I bought a few of them a couple of months ago and absolutely loved it. My usual face mask used to be the Kora Organics Clay Purifying Mask (which I got in a BellaBox) but it is way too expensive for me to buy myself. So finding a face mask that does the same job for a great price was perfect.
SERIOUSLY SHINE FREE Mattifying Oil-Free Moisturizer (RRP: $9.99)
This is the only Formula 10.0.6 product that I haven’t liked. My skin looks really shiny most of the time, so I thought this matte moisturizer would help with that. All it did was dry me out which is pretty disappointing since it’s a moisturizer. I probably won’t be buying this again so I’m just going to stick to my Sukin Facial Moisturizer. They’re the same price, but the Sukin is a better deal since it is 125ml and the Formula 10.0.6 is only 75ml.
